The following Billing & Payment Terms apply to all payments made to The Dealer Desk through this website or by invoice.
All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments, a third-party payment processor. The Dealer Desk does not store or retain credit or debit card numbers.
GoDaddy Payments handles card data in accordance with applicable PCI-DSS security standards.
Payments may include, but are not limited to:
All fees and service descriptions are provided prior to payment.
Onboarding fees are refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins.
Once onboarding or setup services have started, onboarding fees become non-refundable.
If applicable, recurring charges will be billed at the agreed-upon interval. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Failure of payment may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is resolved.
Clients agree to contact The Dealer Desk directly regarding billing questions or disputes prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in termination of services and responsibility for associated processing fees.
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes related to services rendered unless otherwise stated.
The Dealer Desk is not responsible for delays, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party payment processors.
These Billing & Payment Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
